Issue 10 is NOT a property tax levy but rather a school district earned income tax.
It has nothing to do with property values and is a viable, newer alternative to property taxes.
More than 1/3 of Ohio school districts have income taxes including half of the Miami Valley League, the athletic conference which Vandalia-Butler is a member.
